What We Do:

Encourage proactive health care by providing timely information to patients, or their families, dealing with long-term or life-threatening diseases or conditions.

The Need for Information:

Life threatening and life altering medical conditions shorten and negatively alter many lives. Although numerous new therapies are showing positive results for these conditions, many health professionals are only partially informed about current treatment options. Research shows that informed patients are better able to discuss medical options with their physicians, and that these patients regularly receive a higher standard of care.
